How do I sign up now?
Go to the Registration page and fill out the registration form. After filling out the registration form, you can "log in" to your account and choose from any of the boot camp sessions listed by clicking on the signup link. We accept cash, check or you can pay via credit card securely and online. Once we've received your registration information, we'll contact you to schedule your pre-camp evaluation.

Boot camp evaluations:

We want to quantify your physical results as well as your fitness results. You will be sent information on how to take your own measurements in the comfort of your own home. All you’ll need is a tape measure. You will have access to your online profile where we can store this information and make comparisons to your end of camp measurements.

As well, we will measure body weight, body fat, lean muscle mass, visceral fat and resting metabolic rate on the first and last day of boot camp. You will have access to your profile to include this data as well so that you can easily see your progress.

* Tuesday/Thursday evening campers can add this evalutation and the nutrition seminar for an additional fee.

What do I need to bring to camp?
You will need to bring one set of 5-8 lb. hand weights and any type of exercise mat. You will also want to bring water to keep yourself hydrated during camp. Optional items are a towel to dry off with and gloves or mittens. Dress in a layered fashion...even if it is chilly, you will get warm very fast!

What if I sign up for the three day plan and then want to do more days of the camp?
After starting camp, many people realize how fun and convenient it is so they request to sign up for more days. In addition, they realize that the more days they attend camp, the greater the results. In these situations, you will simply be pro-rated from the point you decide to join us for more days. Or, 3 day campers can 'drop in' to any extra days they'd like to on a 'pay as you go' basis with no commitment for the entire camp.

What days do 3 day campers come to camp?
If you are joining boot camp as a 3 day camper, you have the flexibility to choose the 3 days of the week that suits you best. These days can change each week as long as the participant indicates their chosen days on the attendance sheet. Basically, the participant will come to 12 of the 20 days of camp.

Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It's part of the process that lets you improve!

What kinds of people go to camp?
They are people just like you. Someone who needs a little push to jump start their fitness and wellness program. Some exercise experience is helpful to ensure your safety and a better flow of the class, but there are people of all fitness levels in each class.

What is a typical day like at camp?
That’s difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. You can expect some light running, weight training, obstacle courses, fitness kickboxing, core training and jumping rope each week. On special days, you will go hiking. It's always an adventure, and you'll always have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form and "core stability."

How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. Physical outcomes are a direct result of how much effort you put into the camp and attention to your diet.. It's becoming common to see a camper go down 1-2 sizes within the first camp. Remember, everyone is different.

Is there a refund policy?
If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a refund if you notify us prior to your session start date; however we will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee. If we are notified that you will not be participating in camp due to extenuating circumstances once your session is under way, we may give you a credit towards remaining classes in another boot camp. This credit is nontransferable. There is no cash refund. This is not negotiable. We can not allow participants in one camp to ‘make up’ their missed classes in later boot camps.

Boot Camp Passes
Inner Circle Yearly Pass: Many clients are hooked on boot camp! Now, save 40% on your yearly boot camps! You will be automatically registered for the camp of your choice each month, you will have online access to personalized RDA approved diets and have access to my online magazine.

Two Day/Boot Camp Pass: Train any two mornings or this pass can be used for the evening camp.

3 and 5 day Pass: Buy five camps and get the sixth camp for free!

RESTRICTIONS FOR PASS HOLDERS: Pass must be paid in full at time of purchase and cannot be purchased retroactively. This pass must be used for boot camps within one year of the purchase date. (That is, all boot camps must occur before the expiry date on the pass or funds are forfeited.) This pass is non-transferable and non-refundable. No exceptions for any reason. Pass cannot be combined with any other offer.

What will I do after camp is over?
You can get re-measured and tested to show your progress and success in the program. Many (up to 80%) of the campers return for a second and even third camp, but please register early to avoid disappointment!
